Home funeral have been a choice for some to take in handling the dead. For an instance, the family of Nathaniel Roe after his death at 92 decided to took charge of everything and did not call for a funeral service.
According to advocates, this practice of home funeral have been popular for five years now. In home funerals cost savings can be substantial, perfect for the recent economic downturn. Americans spends almost $6,000 in funeral services. But through home funeral the Roes only spends $250.
